ODE ON A ROCK
I saw a rock just lying there. From whence it came I know not where. Perhaps it is a meteor fragment Of Hale-Bopp a direct descendant. Might be ballast from a volcanic eruption Or an ancient fossilized crustacean. Whatever it is, whatever its past, I think I'll chuck it through that glass.

Billy goes with Old Mother Hubbard. Though poor, she at least shows concern for her dog. The Shoe Lady needs a class in birth control or rather needed one and has done a poor job with her kids. She is obviously a single mother getting by on a shoe string which arouses some empathy, but the child-beating is simply inexcusable. Next time, Billy looks at Mary with a lamb and Mary with Cockleshells.
