About the Chairman

There is much which could be said about the Chairman, Osei Cotton, who in all fairness deserves every word stated. However, for the lack of space and time, we combined our praises by saying that not only is he very talented and creative, but is also a born leader and organizer. Blessed or condemned, however you choose to view it, with his experience and knowledge from the many years served in prison, he has the unique ability to group talented individuals into a productive and positive thinking and acting organization that serves the majority of the population.
Louis Osei Cotton has been recognized and praised for his talents, skills and abilities by wardens of both state and federal prisons, as well as by former Governor John Carlin of Kansas. His unique and enthusiastic approach on projects and programs generates such determination and cohesiveness from followers, it's impossible not to excel. Speaking on behalf of the committee and members of the Art Society, I am proud to be a part of the team working with this remarkable man.
