Come to the Four Corners and stay in our cozy log home perched on the edge of a cool mountain stream on 80 secluded acres of Ponderosa, Pinion, Cedar, Sage and Pasture. Panoramic views from various locations on our property include the La Plata Mountains, Mesa Verde, Sleeping Ute Mountains, and the Blue Mountains of Utah. Nestled in the foot hills of San Juan Mountains, yet you are conveniently close to town.

Cancellation Policy

If we get a replacement rental for the period we have reserved for you, then all previous deposits and payments will be refunded to you.

HOT TUB

Since we have no way of determining how much a renter will use the hot tub, we will charge $8 for unit of propane gas used during your stay. On Average a weekly rental will use 3 Units of Propane. If you choose not to use the hot tub there will be no charge. If you use the hot tub, the cost of the propane gas will be deducted from you security deposit. It will cost an additional $35 to have the water in the Hot Tub changed and the Tub cleaned prior to your arrival.

HORSES

• Bring Your Own Horses or Lease Horses from local outfitter.
• Keep them at the Shalako House.
• Additional Charge $7 / day / horse
• We have many trails on our 80 acres
• You can ride from the Shalako House to the State and National Parks without using a trailer
• Great trails and beautiful vistas.
